Why we built SizeVault.
🧵 We're a small crew of chronic gift-fumblers and shoe-size-forgetters who got tired of guessing. SizeVault started as a sticky note taped inside a closet door and grew into the app we wished had existed years ago.

SizeVault: Family Size Tracker was built on one non-negotiable principle: your data never leaves your device. This policy explains exactly what that means in practice.
1. Information We Collect
We collect nothing. SizeVault does not require account creation, sign-in, email addresses, or any personal identifiers. Every profile, size, measurement, and fit note you enter is created and stored entirely by you, for you.
2. How We Use Information
Because no information is ever transmitted to us, there is nothing for us to use, analyze, aggregate, or sell. We have no servers receiving your entries, no analytics dashboards, and no advertising profiles built from your activity.
3. Data Storage
All family profiles, size categories, measurements, and brand notes are stored locally on your device's storage only. There is no cloud sync, no backend database, and no remote backup performed by the app. If SizeVault is deleted, its local data is deleted with it.
4. Third-Party Services
SizeVault does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs of any kind. No data is shared with partners, brokers, or affiliates because no such transmission pathway exists within the app.
5. Data Security
Since your information never travels over a network, it isn't exposed to the risks of transmission or cloud storage breaches. Your data's security depends on your own device's built-in protections, such as your device passcode or biometric lock.
6. Children's Privacy
SizeVault allows parents to store a child's clothing and shoe sizes as part of a family profile. This information is entered and controlled entirely by the parent or guardian, saved only on the parent's own device, and is never collected, viewed, or transmitted by us. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children, and no data of any kind — from any user, of any age — is sent to our servers, because our app has none.
7. Your Control
You are always in full control. There are no accounts to manage and no cloud records to request deletion of. Editing or removing a profile inside the app updates your local data instantly, and uninstalling the app permanently erases all stored information from your device.
8. Changes to This Policy
If this policy is ever updated — for instance, to reflect a new feature — the revised version will be published with a new effective date. Our core commitment will not change: SizeVault will remain an offline, data-collection-free utility.
